Despite that, in the 2004 season, for instance... Trent Green was tied for 4th in the league in 4th quarter comebacks. I wouldn't put him up there with Montana or Elway but he wasn't a complete choke artist either. He was top 10 in 4th quarter comebacks and game-winning drives 3 of the last 4 years under DV. And the year he wasn't was 2003, where the team won 13 games... and he made some great clutch plays.

I just remember 2004 being a frustrating year.
Maybe I am a bit unfair to Trent...Trent is one of my favorite Chiefs of all time. I just never really trusted him to go out and win a game himself...not that he should have had to.
