I also like that he basically admitted that he sucked every year except his rookie season and last year. AND he didn't make excuses. That also lends credence to Milkman's argument that Albert hasn't yet reached his ceiling.

(And I know he didn't really SUCK, but sucked compared to the level of play he should have been at)

I find it hard to wrap my head around a scenario now where he doesn't resign.
