This.... He better find a way to get everybody to camp, no holdouts, and work a LOT longer than any other team on the NFL to make the first snap this season look and feel like it's the 30,000th snap he's taken with "his team." So I agree, he only gets camp and the pre-season to "acclimate" to his new team!
