JFC, after going 4-12, 2-14, 4-12, 10-6, 7-9 and 2-14, the immediate goal should be to field a competent, competitive football team.
Becoming a Super Bowl team doesn't happen overnight. The Atlanta Falcons drafted Matt Ryan #3 overall and have given up multiple draft choices over the past several years in order to surround him with talent, and just THIS YEAR, they finally broke through and won a single playoff game.
You're delusional if you believe that the Chiefs aren't attempting to build a Super Bowl caliber team but that doesn't happen in ONE YEAR.
