Or it means that there is similar skill levels between qb one, and qb 10, and andy thinks that he can get production from qb 10, that he could from qb 1, at a cheaper value.
thats just my take. When I looked at this draft class, i didnt see a huge drop off from say Geno, to Tyler Bray. I think that Wilson, Glennon, Geno, Bray, Nassib, all have warts, and no distinguishing qualities that separate them.
Now thats just my opinion. I thought that last year that Weeden was the worst qb in the draft class, Tannenhill was overrated, and that Russell Wilson was going to be a steal.
I thought that Andy Reid grabbed a steal in Foles, thought the redskins over paid. Thats why tyler bray makes the most sense to me. He reminds me a lot of foles.
