CPA firms are a bad example since there are state requirements to having a license. Same with airline pilots. We're not talking about public safety or fiduciaries here with Clowney so let's use the normal work situation.
If a company hired an intern that was vastly superior to all their current workers and he wanted to work for them ASAP, they would hire him. Period. Without even blinking an eye. This happens already in the real world plenty, I've seen it firsthand.
