He's the only quarterback on a team I've rooted for since Trent Green that doesn't ****ing suck, that's why. Because I was at the 2007 KU/MU game, and it was the greatest ****ing thing ever. Because I think he has the ability to win in this league, and I've always wanted to see him wearing Chiefs red, and I never thought it would happen, until it actually did. Because it's my dream to see Chase Daniel win a Super Bowl in Kansas City, and the first step of that happening is him actually being on the team.
Maybe he'll never amount to shit. Maybe he'll never see the field. Maybe he does and pisses down his leg. But he's here, and I'm ****ing thrilled. And I really don't give a shit how many Geno Smith ballwashers are annoyed over it.
