If you want to think in terms of toughness, Yes i think it is a major accomplishment. Do you know how hard it is to play every single snap of every game in the NFL. It is actually a crazy stat. Considering few have ever done it. You wanted to know how tough the kid is, well you have a pretty good idea of what you have. He never once came out of the game, the backup never took one snap, not even to kneel down.
