That makes no sense. We have no idea who's going to be picking earlier than who next year. Trading future 3rds makes no sense.
Let's make it a bit more sensible, and roll the dice a bit.
We swap firsts this year so I can get Geno and you can get out of having to draft Joeckel 1st overall.
I'll give you my first and third next year, but I get your second rounder next year.
So I'll get your 1st this year, and your 2nd next year. You'll get my 1st this year, and my 1st and 3rd next year.
