Let everyone in the inner circle know that my vote is that no change is necessary. I think it's fine to have limitations on noobs, but I don't think there's any crisis that requires additional limitations. I've seen a lot more instances of well-intentioned noobs not being able to provide a useful link, for example, than bad actors who have just made it past their initiation period posting harmful or spam-oriented links.
