It could mean one of two things. 1. KC wanted Geno all along but thought they could trade down for him (by pretending to be interested in a LT). 2. KC was never interested and knows that with Jacksonville wanting Geno at #2, they now know that other teams will have to trade past Jacksonville to get him. In both cases, it's not a coincidence that they started showing interest in Geno after Jacksonville did.
I still think that they want to trade down and take Barkley, maybe Fisher.
