I wouldn't trade anything of real value for David DeJesus. Something like Jason Adam + JC Gutierrez is as far as I would go there. A C prospect and a lotto guy. If Epstein wants more... screw him.
For Utley... I think you can do that for a guy who is a fringe top 100 prospect and some extra pieces.
Something like:
Orlando Calixte (he has to start hitting better at NWA for this to work)
Gio/Colon (whichever one they like... guy that is close to the majors, has some upside and can give them everyday play at 2B pretty much right away)
Chris Dwyer
That woud be a pretty fair package, I think, and it's a better one than they received for Pence.
