And I'm tired of the "you're trying to hard" excuse. Not to be too simplistic, but we've all had to tell an employee they needed a break and told them to take a day, two days, maybe even a week, but I'm not sure the "trying too hard" thing is accurate here. Perhaps they need to try harder, worry more, and play very scared!
