I do not know. That might depend on timing and truthfulness of some of the events. To read this article one is led to believe excessive force came first, and from plain clothes agents waving badges that are not seen by the general public all too often.
Now the writer could be taking liberties with the story to try and stir up controversy. Or maybe the ABC is trying to cover its ass. I don't know. All I have before me at this point is this story in the OP. And as it reads, the agents were out of line.
