So you have the agency saying one thing and the city's attorney saying the girl's statement is factual according to the investigation that has been conducted. Throw in the charges for fleeing assaulting officers has been completely dropped..... I could be wrong but, the way it reads to me is the ABC is trying to cover its ass.
If the agents are lying, go after them. I've no problem with that at all. I'm not under the impression that any cop is infallible.
