Wow thats disgusting, there are bad cops everywhere but kalifornia specializes in them, that guy did absolutely nothing wrong and even went the extra step of putting the dog in the car.

I hope he sues the shit out of them, very disturbing, that state seems to ENCOURAGE bad police behavior.
