ANY ROOKIE FREE AGENT WHO IS CLAIMED OFF WAIVERS IS AN UNPROVEN, UNDRAFTED PLAYER THAT 32 TEAMS COULD HAVE DRAFTED AND INSTEAD SIGNED HIM TO THEIR 53 MAN ROSTER FROM SOMEONE ELSE'S PRACTICE SQUAD. THIS SHIT HAPPENS. IT WOULD ESPECIALLY HAPPEN WITH A QB WITH TONS OF POTENTIAL.
