8... the Tigers and Indians haven't really budged, which is frustrating. The Royals still play them both 17 more times combined.

However they've chopped their deficit in the wild card race nearly in half, only 5 games back of a wild card spot now. At the ASB that looked like a pipe dream... 5 GB with 60 to play isn't quite as crazy.
