I know the family who took this video. They are very sweet people, truly. This all went down a month or so ago in Grinnell, Iowa. The lady at the fence and the woman filming are daughters of the person who owns the property. The crazy woman lives down the road a stretch. She wanders around town with her trolley basket thing and is for the most part harmless. But, she does go bananas now and again. In this instance they caught sight of her stealing rhubarb and went to confront her and thus the magic moment you see.
The crazy lady was paid a visit by the cops and they did collect the rhubarb back from her and gave her a warning. For those uninitiated, rhubarb in this region is like gold. It takes a long time for a patch to reach a level of maturity for it to be good to eat. Probably more than you wanted to know, but that's the facts, jack.
