KC is in no way an "unknown". If you eliminate half the turnovers from last year (which should be easy) and this team is 8-8.
I don't believe that San Diego has improved. They still have serious offensive line questions, no WR's, a brokedick running back and questions on defense. I believe they take a step back before moving forward.
