What it all boils down to is how well Alex Smith plays in meaningful games. This team will go as far as Alex will take them and I think anywhere from 5-11 wins is possible.

And that is going to depend on how willing he is to "take the keys, drive the car." as Andy Reid said. There is no doubt in my mind that Alex Smith can be a Rich Gannon type of qb. He just has to play fast, get the ball into the hands of the playmakers, DMC, JC, DBowe, and not get hurt. Don't get rattled if he throws a pick. **** it, if he is going to throw a pick, make sure its throwing it deep to Baldwin, and giving the guy a chance to make a play. hes going to make some mistakes, just don't make them like he made last year against the Giants. Those are the mistakes I cant stand. Even as an Alex Fan, I was cussing his ass out.
