Ryan Sims had a season where he had 38 tackles, 3 sacks, an INT and a forced fumble, which gave people hope.
Todd Blackledge had a decent 4 game stretch his rookie year where he had 3 TD's to 0 INT's his rookie year which gave some hope (so I hear).
Baldwin entered the league as a baby, then got into a fight, got owned, then just turned into a gigantic pussy.
It's close, but I definitely think Baldwin is worse than Sims for sure.
