Silly linguistic lesson:
In Spanish it's either "vamos" or colloquial "vámonos" which means 'we go' or 'let's go." Now it has been borrowed and changed by English to match its funky spelling rules and I couldn't tell you all the different versions I've seen.
But, back to the OP, sometimes you wonder who really has the problem. I'd...nah. Autism is a bitch.
