IIRC, Brad Johnson had a career year in 2002 when TB won the super bowl, and was actually a very good QB. He was sort of the anti-Alex. Lousy efficiency but decent production.

I am under the impression that Doug Williams and Rob Johnson were a step up from Dilfer & Colllins, but I could well be wrong.
