Rob Johnson, the USC QB drafted by Jacksonville, traded to Buffalo and was later with the Bucs? He sucked ass. Strong arm, no accuracy.
Doug Williams was a very good quarterback on a some very bad Tampa Bay teams, although he did take his team to their first NFC Championship. He was very good in the USFL and won a Super Bowl in Washington.
