I NEVER do this, but tonight I'm eating at the K. It's the last supper before this season is taken to the gallows.

Cheesy corn brisket-acho
Count on Kansas City to turn traditional BBQ sides into a twist on the classic nacho. Served over a bowl of nacho chips, the cheesy corn brisket-acho features sliced brisket, cheesy corn, baked beans, coleslaw and a whole lot of BBQ sauce.
