Like DJ said, I don't think he has a skill that really warrants that shot over a guy like Hemingway who seems to fit better in that role.

Well, let's be clear about roles here. Hemmingway is a possession slot receiver like Stokley. He's a guy who won't drop balls and can make those tough chain-moving catches. Jenkins is a speed guy who stretches the field and outruns his man before catching the ball. I see these guys contributing in different ways depending on the personnel grouping.
Wylie and McCluster are your slot underneath guys. These are guys who slip underneath the coverage, then get the ball in space where they can use their short-field quickness to get some YAC. Reason I brought up Orton is it was the first time I saw a QB create space for an underneath guy. Daboll's cluster **** offense, the entire short middle was jam-packed. But more than anything, even if McCluster is an okay RB at best, it's still a wrinkle that allows you to shift him around a lot. And I think Reid/Pederson can take advantage of that in ways our vanilla coaches in the past could not.
