If Dex was a third or fourth rounder and we didn't trade up to take Moeaki, these two players perceptions would be completely different, IMO.
And before anyone fires a "Iowa homer" bullet, go back to the 2010 CP mock draft and notice that I drafted Moeaki with a 5th round comp pick for Atlanta...which would have been a fantastic selection.

Kendrick Lewis was a 5th rounder and the perception is the same.
There are literally hundreds of players that you can say "if the were only in a different scheme, differ team etc". It happens and it's the life of the NFL.
However, with dexter I don't think it would matter what scheme he's in, he's never going to be the weapon some think he will be, he's just not talented enough.
