PS game 1:
Offense looked good, but not in a way that inspires confidence for real football. Defense looked good for one drive before leaving.
PS game 2:
Offense was abysmal. Defense looked bad for 3 plays against starters. Can't judge them based on playing SF's backups.
PS game 3:
Defense was poor (gave up 200 yards), but made a couple of timely plays (blocked kick, drew a phantom penalty) to prevent giving up a lot of points.
Offense was bad outside of one drive.
There's just not a lot to feel good about here. I liked our 60 seconds of magic against the Steelers. I liked what our starters did against New Orleans on defense. The rest was very iffy stuff.
We don't really know what our starters can do right now, except run the ball poorly.
