The shit about a wallet chain in Cali I understand as it's a locale with a little bit more of a gang problem than the Midwest.
But a clear bottle of water? I mean... They think someone would pour in $12+ worth of vodka from a cup into a water bottle just so they can get their drink on on the ride home?
I mean if someone is that pressed for a buzz fix then CHANCES ARE they have their own shit with them waiting in the parking lot.
