Most significant move: The Chiefs decided not to keep tight end Tony Moeaki after he fractured his shoulder in a preseason game. Moeaki may have been able to return to play at some point during the regular season, but the Chiefs decided to move on without him. They kept veteran Anthony Fasano, rookie Travis Kelce and journeyman Kevin Brock at tight end, but the loss of Moeaki leaves a hole. Moeaki had a strong training camp, finally looking like he did as a rookie after missing all of the 2011 season with torn knee ligaments. The Chiefs will have to find his production elsewhere, but it won’t be easy.

What an idiot. The guy has barely played but cutting him leaves a hole? Fasano is not bad.
