2010: Eric Berry, Dexter McCluster, Jon Asamoah, Kendrick Lewis.

2011: Rodney Hudson, Justin Houston, Allen Bailey.

2012: Dontari Poe, Jeff Allen, Donald Stephenson, Cyrus Gray, Junior Hemmingway.

So in four year, Pioli drafted 31 players. In four years only 14 stuck. Not too good, eh?
