I love how he still has tracked the exact number of hours that distracted him from being a good GM. As if it wasn't for those 40 hours identified above we would have went to the Super Bowl!
He sounds like a kid at his first job who can't believe 1) there is crap work in every job and 2) every one isn't automatically realizing how amazing he is.
He makes my skin crawl even in print.
