One thing Pioli should have, but didn't, learn about being a general manager:

1. It's not for everybody

If this dummy would have spent more time acquiring a franchise qb and a legit head coach and had delegated the twitter/ candy wrappers/ bullshit to assistants he would have been a lot better off.
