He is no less a developmental QB than Bray is. Hell, Bray has a much better pedigree than Pryor as far as talents that can translate to the NFL. So if you can view Pryor as a plus for the Raiders, who gave him a year to develop, then you should be able to wait and see what we do with Bray.
