They wanted a more loosely moderated BBS so I got a core group of them together and I built the site and gave them admin access and they built their own community. I honestly check in there about once every year or two... completely absentee except when they need tech stuff and upgrades.

Yes, the appeal is that I'm not in constant fear of a ban or getting punished or having threads deleted and closed. I love the 49ers forum for the information and personalities but it is pretty stifling at times.
