Settle down all. Despite what anybody says about the cheering or the comments by Winston, the message is out there.
I'll reiterate: I don't care if the entire nation looks upon the actions of the fans at the game or this message board with disdain. That all passes like water under a bridge. It's not going to stop Cassel from being a horrible QB. It's not going to stop Pioli from being a terrible GM. It will not stop any potential FA's from signing. It won't stop us from drafting a QB. (That last one dovetails in with the horrible GM part.)
IMO, the Dilfers of this world will be yesterdays lunch in a 24 sports news cycle. Flushed into the crapper as some new thing comes along. We shouldn't stop the banners, nor the pressure.
