The Wimbledon women's final was down 55% when there was a lack of star power involved... which again proves the impact of no Osaka on TV ratings.
The TV ratings would have still likely been down in 2021 vs. 2019 because Osaka is not Serena in terms of star power, but they wouldn't have been 55% down.
