yeah, I kind of take it for granted these days. I was watching news coverage yesterday. They were showing NY and the people on the streets. Everyone had a good coat on. **** that shit.

I kept going when the sun was on me this summer. Felt like and was 103 degrees. Just kept hydrating. Monitor the heart rate. Had no issues. Now it’s cooled down to the mid 80’s, it’s easier to go harder without loading up with water all the time.
