One of the reasons why Mickelson has fared better than Tiger when paired against him over the last several years is b/c Butch Harmon told him many of his secrets. Phil won't let him putt out first unless it's an absolute tap-in, because once he finishes people rush ahead to the next hole, and Tiger uses that to his advantage.
