I do have an issue with the officer running into the frame and putting three shots through the back glass of the minivan.
Officers should only be using deadly force in the event that the suspect poses an immediate health/safety risk to the officers and/or the public. At that point, they had no reason to believe she posed any greater threat for public harm that anybody driving recklessly. Reckless driving clearly does not allow for the use of deadly force.
I don't believe any of the officers involved in that scene behaved inappropriately...except for the dude that fired shots into the back glass. He's probably pretty damn lucky he didn't hit anyone.
