That's the whole point of section 230. Kyle cant vet every single thing posted in this forum. Vet every poster. It's not CP's job. They take away section 230, this site and every other like it are history.

Needs to be altered, not abolished. Some sites/platforms absolutely operate unchecked under that protection unfairly because they have become so huge they now have significant impact on the shape of government. Catering to that platforms majority views. The "get your own platform" was debunked when a certain social media platform was taken down by someone who didn't agree with it that owned the servers. Recently the government also admitted to working with Facebook to censor post. Regardless of your political affiliation or what it was, as an American that should alarm you.
