Most elite cornerbacks start slowing down at the age of 29-30 (Sherman, Norman, Revis, Bailey, etc.).
That's not to say they become dreadful out of a sudden but for the most part they are not playing at a Pro Bowl level anymore.
I would expect the same with Peterson, meaning I believe he should be great for one or two more years but then clearly show some decline. He could be great for years but that's unlikely.
