There's a lag with the built-in Roku? That's weird. Mine is so fast that I can't even see it start up. I hit the power button and I'm at the home screen in 1 second.
You've probably done this already but be sure to update the software. There might be something in Settings that is set incorrectly as well but I'm glad you're enjoying the picture and sound!
