Pete Carroll
Tom Coughlin
John Harbaugh
Jim Harbaugh
Gary Kubiak
Mike McCarthey
Sean Payton
Mike Shanahan
Mike Smith
Mike Tomlin

Roughly on par:
Jeff Fisher
John Fox
Jason Garrett
Marvin Lewis
Chuck Pagano (could move up the list)
Rex Ryan

There aren't many I'd put below him:
Dennis Allen
Leslie Frazier
Mike Munchak
Joe Philbin
Ron Rivera
Greg Schiano
Jim Schwartz

One thing that skews the list is the number of new coaches, who are impossible to rank at this point:
