to the folks who posted predictions prior the games, hats off...I just dont get around here as much as I used to, otherwise, I would have done same.
That said, the 'early whistle' gave Cincy a TD...everyone else agreed, it should have been called a dead ball, but the crew gave Cincy a TD...they win by a TD.
Fixed? Possibly...I think the biggest problem with the NFL 'entertainment' is the continuous screw ups by the officiating crew.
Blame it on incompetence and not bias...
a quick visit to nfl.penalties.com, an interesting visit.
Cincy is the second least penalized team in the league (GB #1), but first in LEAST penalty yardage. While the average per team was 100, Cincy had 72 total penalties in 17 games. KC had 111. Tampa Bay had 97.
This game really didnt have to do with lack of flags or favorable treatment, but the phantom whistle...the league should be embarrassed.
