Bailey is a FA now. He was $8M for 2018. Sorensen is about $4.7M for 2019 & $4.8M for 2020. Sorensen's dead cap $ for 2019 = $2M; 2020 = $1M.

I'd let the new DC make all the personnel decisions. Andy and Brett should defer unless it has a major cap impact. The time for favorites is over. No more defensive personnel decisions based on ego or personal relationships. Talent and performance need to be the driving force.
