For the reloaders: A couple weeks ago I took my Sig Sauer 556 out with my Dad and shot a few rounds. One on the lip, and one further down on the side. How would this affect reloading? I assume the dents would need to be fixed somehow, but would the cases still be safe?

The second question is if the dents in the cases would make it too difficult or costly for me to reload ammo originally fired from this rifle: What is the best way to sell a gun? I'm pretty certain if I take it to the local gun store I'll get 50 cents on the dollar, if that. I'm thinking I'd sell the Sig and get an AR.
There is a tool that you buy that will remove the dents. It'll be in the $35 range for your .556. It's like a "reamer"
