I feel kinda bad for ripping on Herm. Every time he comes out talking like this he makes it seem like he has something special under the curtain and he's just waiting until the right time to unveil it. He makes me feel like if he gets fired, we're gonna miss out on him laying down the straight flush now that he's been dealt two more cards. I mean, he DID make the playoffs four times. Am I crazy? I'M SO CONFLICTED!
