Tampa is too good with one of the lowest payrolls in the league too. Impressive how they manage to put good teams together usually with low payrolls.
That franchise knows how to scout, develop players (especially pitching). I have nothing but admiration and respect for that organization. I hate them of course because they’re in the AL east but much respect for them. I like the way they’re run from top to bottom and just the way they play baseball.
